I sent my order Friday, about 7PM your time, you shipped it Saturday morning, I got it today (Monday). Incredible for a 2500 mile online transaction. Since I already have one of your refridgerator magnets on my 'fridge, I'll take the new one to work and stick it on something. They need to know you're out there! Just HAVE to comment on the service we received, it really was a three day service, which is rare. I usually have to sit and wonder if the order will arrive but NOT this time! Also, when your email came verifing the order and shipping, the credit card # was removed and this is IMPRESSIVE, also a FIRST. I truly appreciate that feature of safety!! My husband and I walk regularly for our health, and we always replace the insoles in our athletic shoes with Spenco PolySorb Walker/Runner insoles, which are hard to find locally.
